yesterday i went out with the youth and we watched star trek. it was really good. i liked it. i'm not a fan but i liked the movie. i know it's about space and galaxy and all but it was pretty sick. there was some funny parts too.. i recommend that you watch this movie! and don't watch it in youtube. they're gonna show the old shows and it's really horrible. it's pretty jokes though the acting was so bad.
saturday was band practise... we had double practise coz we had to prepare for the upcoming concert coming this sat. pretty exciting. we're combining with another music band who's gonna be performing with us :)
we got a new lesson... trigonometry. argh, i don't get it. cos tan and sin.. shoot. anyway, english... we watched american beauty. we had to relate it to of mice and men. religion was same old. went to dq for lunch. sat and ate and talked about samara's new york trip. ahaha. i want to go next year... but it's really expensive. then law was the essay.
five more weeks and it's exams. wow, this semester flew by fast.
well tomorrow is toonie tuesday = they know we like civies so they give some extra day for us to pay. plus our new uniform well.. the new uniform for the grade nines next year is navy blue pants. the only reason why they wanted it blue is because people were starting to buy grey jeans when fully jeans are originally denim BLUE. and the top are long sleeves with blue stripes. aha wow. anyway, it's for the grade nines.. that sucks coz you can easily identify them. LOL
arright, i'm off to my bed.

before i forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAUREN!
i'd text you but you know.. i don't think you got your phone back. haha. kidding :)
anyway, this school week was alright. had two tests, math and law. i had them @ the same day too. but anyway, i didn't go to school on wednesday because my stomach was killing me. there was no school on thursday because of the literacy test. so i went over to my cousin's house to look for my camera (i lost it in their house) but i still couldn't find it. friday came and the day went by really fast. the weather was ugly too. went to work and it was super busy. there were many gatorzz that showed up. after work, i called my dad to pick me up. we didn't go home because there was bible studies @ my tita's house. went home @ around 12:30ish.
saturday was okay. kuya nino led our band practise. afterwards, catillion for hannah's debut.
the men's washroom in the mall was on fire because someone tried to put an explosive thing inside. pretty weird. but all's well. :)
me and herald watched x-men: origins of wolverine or something and the quality was good but the movie was still not finished. like, there was still editing that had to be made. like you can see the strings when they fly. loll. but the story line was pretty good. herald said they twisted the characters. but it was good.
today i went to church and i ended up here in my cousin's house. i have nothing to do so i'm here to kill time.

hey world! it's me Lovern and I turned seventeen yesterday.
today is herald's 16th birthday. loll
HAPPY BIRTHDAY HERALD!
it doesn't feel any different. i just feel like getting my G1 right now.
shoot, even like micah has one. like no. she's too young. :)
anyway, my day was alright. i woke up at like 7:02am and i was like, shoot.. i'm gonna be late. but i got to school before the bell rang so it's cool. went to math and didn't really do anything. we had a unit test in english, and religion was pretty chill. lunch was pretty jokes.. i was playing with micah's camera and started recording everything...i didn't understand why micah had to ruin it by deleting the video -.-. but that didn't stop me... i made another one and that better go on youtube :) if you were wondering... it featured: micah and donna's conversation, nicole eating her chicken burger, sekhar and his ashy knuckles and elbows, me tryna get samara in the camera, zooming in random people, and more. it should be called the "life of fourth lunch people".
agh. i should be getting back to my studies... i just wanted to updated this.

okay, so about my exams... yay, i only got one more to go -- BIO! agh! whatever, i hope it'll be okay. i just gotta study a tad bit harder so i know i'll do good.
the that i had on friday was chem. YES, it's over. and the exam was alright. TWO sciences in one semester. wow, gotta hate! i just can't wait for next semester, NEW BEGINNINGS. uhm, and ugh, i guess new teachers. haha ms. puim (P-U-M). anyway.. i got fourth lunch with all my grade 9 friends again ;) REUNION. ahha gay!
so today, i woke up at like 8 something but then i went back to sleep and woke up at 10 and then i went back to sleep and i officially got up at like 11:43. so yes, i was kinda energized since i got all the rest that i needed. but i swear thats bad because you get more tired. loll, anyway, went to practise at like 3pm. and yeah, we were late coz of kuya emerson. tsk! anyway practise was good and afterwards we went to a birthday party. met up with toronto youth and got together :)... it was alright.

he said the game was called, "Act-It-Out". it sounded more like "Achteitout" the way he said it. ahahha.. anyway. i gotta sleep.

had my media arts exam this morning and it was pretty easy. all matching and fill in the blanks :) so it was pretty easy. i hope my marketing exam will be the same, because i'm already stressed with my chemistry and bio exam. SHOOT. anyway, i gotta organize my time wisely. the good thing is i got the weekend to study for my bio, but still... i might end up loafting. so, i think i make a timetable for myself.
woke up at 6:20 and reviewed my notes for a little bit. took a shower at 7 and got ready for school. left the house at 7:47 and got to school at 7:55ish. went to locker and straight to class.
i can't wait for next semester.
okay, i'm off to study now.

amaze me

my first post, for the new year. aha how late.
well anyway, i've been seriously seriously busy and this is the only time i can actually go on this and write up something new. so my christmas was alright. it wasn't all fun fun but it was pretty okay. my new year was pretty gay though. my cousin's left. damn, we should've been to my other cousin's house but no, my mom wanted to be there... anyway, my break was pretty good though. so anyway, exams are creepin' up the corner and i haven't been studying. i should be. but i dont know why i'm not motivated to study. maybe because i hate half the subjects.. but i guess i gotta deal with it. anyway, my first exam is media arts and its totally chill. second i have marketing.. and i hope its gonna be easy. third, chem, agh, i still gotta study. and lastly, bio. i hope it's gonna turn out okay... by the way.. i have fifth lunch so studying is gonna be hard. but i can do it :)

t hank you for the year of 2008. it gave me a blast like the nasa rocket :) aha anyway, i'd just like to thank Yod for everything You have done for me, not only for the past year but for all the past years. thank you for the friends that You have blessed me through the year and I know that along the way, you'll bless me with more wonderful people. help me along the way, as I make my way through the 2009. help me make the right decisions and help me through the hardships that i may encounter. help me break through all my bad habits, and help me be a better and changed person. thank you for everything that You have done.
